Liverpool will be hosting Manchester United at Anfield in the luck hour kick off of the premier league after the international break. Brendan Rodgers will be hoping to have one over his opponent as United are seven points clear of their rivals. The United-Liverpool rivalry has been for a long time and it’s always the best time to put out your best team.
Simon Mignolet have been getting the mod in league games recently and he is expected to continue in goal when United visit on Saturday. The Belgian will hope to help Liverpool keep a clean sheet or least avoid losing the game.
Jurgen Klopp seems to favour the partnership of Dejan Loveren and Joe Matip. The two are expected ted to be at the heart of the Reds defence line preventing the likes of Lukaku and Rashford. Joe Gomez and Alberto Moreno are to keep their place at full backs and help with attack whenever the team is in the front foot.
Emre Can is fit and available for selection and Liverpool will want to use their German midfielder. He gives them stability on the middle of the park. Playing alongside the team’s captain Jordan Henderson and Wijnaldum helps keep the midfield intact. Phillipe Coutinho provides the attacking and creativity in the middle of the park.
With the injury to Saido Mane, Jurgen Kopp will have to go with his two other attackers in Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino. The duo will have to get the goals for the Reds against the Red Devils.
Jurgen Klopp can’t wait to get his first win over United since taking the Anfield job and Liverpool last won a game against United back in 2014. So its a game Liverpool are seriously interested in taking all three points.
